It's Time to Register for the ICPSR Virtual Summer Program

Published: 2021-02-15

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the popular ICPSR Summer Program in quantitative methods will be virtual for a second year.

Logotyp ICPSR Summer ProgramEvery year, ICPSR (Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research) hosts an international summer program with a focus on quantitative methods in social science research. The program is normally held in Ann Arbor, Michigan, but given the pandemic, ICPSR has decided to instead offer all of their courses and workshops online.

The program for the summer courses is, as usual, divided into two four-week sessions, beginning on 21 June 2021. Participants can register for either four or eight weeks. There will also be a large number of independent workshops that are one to two weeks long. The short workshop program begins in May and extends into August.

Thanks to the Swedish national membership in ICPSR, course participants from Sweden pay a reduced course fee (see registration fees here, on the "Fees & Discounts" tab). Note that the registration fees go up on 1 May.
